Ontario Vocal Festival

The Ontario Vocal Festival is an organization of dedicated music educators who are committed to helping Ontario music teachers and community choir directors. OVF provides twelve days of choral festivals and symposiums for concert/chamber choirs of all ages, as well as jazz choirs. In conjunction with the Bell'arte Singers, OVF hosts an annual one-day choral conductor's workshop held in early February. OVF also offers the unique annual Summer Choral Symposium. OVF publishes Overtones, a quarterly newsletter with a focus on issues in choral education.

As part of its mandate, the Ontario Vocal Festival will continue to enhance the educational atmosphere which will recognize the merits for each performing group without applying gold, silver or bronze standards.
